Morning Yoga 

Kick-start your week with strength, balance, and clarity in our Morning Yoga Classes. These energizing sessions are designed to strengthen your entire body through a full-body yoga sequence with weights, complemented by gentle stretching and powerful meditations to set the tone for a productive, mindful week. It's the perfect way to get ready for a busy week ahead after dropping your kids at school, preparing you to dive into work feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever comes next!

Details

  • Every Monday from 8:15-9:15 AM (option to drop-out at 9 if you want to skip the meditation)

  • Start date: 6th of January - 10th of February 2025

  • Classes take place at Thrive Studio in Gonderange (17 Rte de Luxembourg, 6182 Gonderange Junglinster)

  • EUR 80 for four sessions (plan can be used until the next holiday break) or EUR 25 Drop-in.

  • Only limited spots.  available!
